Conceptualizing.
After the programming or discovery stage of a project, initial concepts are formulated into a schematic design proposal, which is presented to the client for approval, reaction and comment. Oftentimes our clients are our best source of inspiration, so we welcome creative dialogue for generating mutually agreeable solutions for the upcoming event. We enjoy implementing our client’s ideas with creativity and innovation. You will see our egos are not fragile!
Design Development.
Once a project concept or theme is determined and approved, we create a ‘Design Development Presentation.’ This is a formal presentation for client approval; generally consisting of a formal site plan, sometimes a color rending or a stage model and design elevations, material samples and other pertinent items for the project. We’re as passionate about a client’s excitement as we are about the final product. And if modifications need to be made to meet the expectations of a client, we are pleased to accommodate.
