| Moving forward. |
Once we have moved through the planning and creative stages of a project,
and a client has approved the project costs, concepts and plans, we will
begin production of the physical products and services. Whether the project
is within three or 3,000 miles, logistical planning of ‘how’
and ‘when’ is actualized, and delivery begins. If the elements
are entirely produced in-house or if a cadre of subcontractors is engaged,
our staff is superbly capable of producing all types of events, large
or small. We have created events for up to 8,500 persons, and the 2002
Winter Olympics trained our staff well in accomplishing the successful
outcome of multiple, simultaneous projects. We enjoy the challenge!

 |
| Smooth Delivery. |
To ensure our end product is polished and professional, we always supply
our clients with detailed information on staffing requirements, time schedules,
insurance issues, delivery and transportation methods, site requirements
and coordination of other various issues with other project vendors and/or
client contacts.
|
 |
| The “Scene”. |
We maintain a large inventory of scenic elements, props, linens and small
wares, ensuring that project control is extremely well maintained. We
like to have minimum dependence on outside vendors, so we frequently produce
new and creative elements and props for a specific client project or theme.
Events are our only business, not a sideline.

 |
| The Event. |
We believe in the value of good project communication with clients and
vendors. We also believe that the more informed a project team is in advance,
the less problem solving will need to occur on site. Time is of the essence,
so we make sure to compile clear, written instructions, ‘run-of-show’
documents, and floor plans to eliminate stress for the client and the
production team.
